Do not take PD. My close friend ki IRS nundi audit padindi and employer ki kooda. Receipts bills lekapothe u will have to pay very big penalties and nee bank account ni kooda freeze chestaru if it is big amount

PD will be only a issue if your employer includes PD as previaling wage amount..for ex if your prevaling wage is 70k if your employer runs payroll for 70k and 20k as per diem you dont have any issue...but if your employer runs 50k and 20k as per diem..it is against to IRS rules...per diems should not be included in prevaling wages....i hop eyou got it..ni case lo you can happily run it after you met your prevaling wages with in IRS specified limits...
