definitely its due to vitamin deficiency... take Vitamin D and B12 immediately

Are you working out late night? Have you heard about work out induced insomnia? You need 3 hrs gap between work out and going to bed

first..oka manchi omlette ayi...peddadi..motham plate nindale..beerlu pakkaki petti..tv la edaina petti...beerlu tagukuntu, omlette tinkuntu, manchi kodi kuda vanduko..bagara annam pettu poyyi mida..rendu ayipoinaka...bharpoor taagu...girl friend vunte taagi phone chesi jara sepu nee frustration teerchuko...patha dosthugallaki phone chesi conference la petti mazaa chesuko...nidra po...repu madhyanam levu...lechi mokam kadigi oka gilaas ninda sallati leelu taagu...

khatam..fatigue ledu emi ledu...hushaar la vuntav..
