Apart from IT, because during CBN's tenure, IT was not a premoninat business in Hyd and it was barely supporting two lakh people on the whole.

My argument is always from first principles basis. I only disagree with your assessment that Vizag is/wasn't an ideal destination, because nowhere in India has it happened that a city other than capital was given preference.

apart from that, I know zilch about Hyderabad. I'll leave you two hyderabadis to discuss.

but Halwa is not making any banisa type arguments no. He's only challenging the notion of CBN as Hyd's architect.

Its not a notion.. just ego addam vastundi aa mukka oppukovadaniki... he is pulling arguments out of his arse to prove a point which is thinner than the air... he cant accept an andhrite and moreover a kamma (im not a kamma mind you) to be the leader responsible for the modern city... he still thinks the argument about afzalgunj, charminar and other slums which were the actual city during nizams to be the modern hyderabad... no one wants to live there, not even the people who actually live there.

Half of the assembly was occupied by T-MLA's ? out of 294, TG MLA"s were ~119...I wonder how does that add up to half. Anyway, What if TG MLA's add up to half...what is the point you want to prove ? It has nothing to do with CBN...not even in wildest imagination...so, what is that you want to prove ?
