Working in another country maintaining H1

I have a friend who is going to india for good now. H1 mida unnadu super smart GC in process engaged too recently. Enni rojulu e sodhi ani he is going back next month.  Andaru stability lekunda undaleru ..i can't too.

Why do you want to maintain your H1 when out of US. One of my colleague camed to us in early 2000 and did MS and took FT in IBM. His GC was filed in EB3. 2006 lo got frustrated and hence took Aus PR and left for AUS and later became AUS citizen. IBM revoked I140 but malli PD current degara lo unnapudu oka consultancy through H1 process chesukoni back camed and again filed labor and i-140 in EB2 and ported old PD and immediately got EAD and GC. So later konchem america set ayyaka H1 chesukoni back ravochu...

I do not want to go long term out of country..just 1 yr ala velli back ravalani so ikkada status avi effect kakunda velli vaddam ani. Asalu process enti ani as one of my friend is working that way in europe.

as long as maintain employment with that employer and he supports u h1 ki em problem kaadhu example with companies do this. project ayipoyaaka kondharini back ki pampeysthaaru malla h1 stamping inka only few months ey undhi annappudu back ki US ki thechi extension apply chesthaaru all they care is do u still work for that employer and employer still needs u or not.

rahasyam em ledu , employer should not revoke h1 anthe. stamping unte eppudaina valid period lo back ravochu..

If anyone wants to go to Europe best to go to Scandinavian nations. 

Look into Norway, Sweden Finland or Denmark. Finland is rated as the most depressing country in the world though

Consulting lo ala kashtam kada...client undali and extension ki documentation kavali...POE lo issue kakunda we should enter say if i am out of country after an year..

ma friends iddaru went out on valid h1's for long time and both had stamping. okadu pelli etc kosam 9 months vellipoyadu and came back appudu POE lo officer india lo 9 months em pikav ante ma odu vacation annadu appudu apicer emo who is your employer who gives vacation for 9 months ani navvesi pampesadu(valla mama vaadi employer).

inkokadu 6 months india return aipoi nachaka back ochesadu POE lo zero questions except address. So petition and stamping unte time out of country does not affect H1
