Oracle also has IAAS and PAAS. 31% of market is captured by AWS. Currently growth potential is 130% for azure. They all have SAAS/IAAS/pAAS. Oracle also features in DBAAS. Oracle SAAS only mid companies vastai. pAAS and iAAS for big comp like ATT. They cannot go only sAAS. Sachiurkuntarru customization heavy kabatti. sAAS doesn't have much scope for custmizations.
