H1 Transfer, H1 extension not started

Na current H1 August lo End avthundi, last month H1 extension apply chesa and approved until 2020. Ippudu na client FT offer ichadu, em decide avvalo ardam kavatle

1. H1 Extension start ayyekanna mundu H1 transfer pettukovacha? any chances of RFE?

2. Premium processing ledu kabbati - H1 transfer regular lo chestha ani chepparu and asking me to start working with Receipt - Is this Risk?

3. Inka emiana problems vuntaya - FTE accept chesthe?

Approve ayyaka u can transfer shouldn't be an issue. Transfer ki general ga query padutundi though might not be for every application. At least naku padindi every time i transferred employer.

Ippudu unna situation ki andaru starting with receipt as 7-8 months pattachu approval ki. Approval varaku vallu wait cheste join after approval which might risk free. FT kabatti query padina risk tesukovachu. At the end of the day do what you feel is good for u. Good Luck !
