Infy runs on hourly margins they make from client by hiring a guy as experienced and the margins are the actual revenues. 

If they hire an experienced BOT and fill up the team with freshens or intermediate guys, the client will pay accordingly with the experience levels , that hits the direct revenue margins.

Infosys will hire people with less experience but fudge their resume when they submit them to the client and claim that they have senior level experience.

The client will take Infy's word for it so they can get away with this tactic.

They might do what they did in bengaluru in 1990's and early 2000's..

Hire many dumbs, mix them up with average graders, hire a cheap grad from top league and form a team led by someone who rose up the ranks by licking arm pits.

then make these dumbs believe that Infosys is the only place they can do the job and if they go any where, they cannot survive and convince them that Infosys is another planet and as long as they are with Infosys, they have a future and they keep on dreaming. The target of their life is to get selected in h1b lottery and work onsite. Once they achieve this, 

The average graders, they go no where. can't go below dumbs and can't go above the ranks...this life is charcaterised as first 5 years in infy, 5-10 years in Cogni,11-15 in accenture,16-20 in another company and then retire. 

The final group, cheap grads from top league. Groomed to take care of dumbs and average graders. 

On a whole, Infosys is going to completely spoil a beautiful american workspace..
