I won't say that these guys don't have a personality. They do. But this personality is drawn from movies, and even their philosophical rants are drawn from it.

The reference through which they interact with the society around them, is movies. especially their favourite actors.

In my housemates case, it was not heroes. It was a comedian by name Goundermani.

for some strange reason, I found out this kind of morons exist everywhere in Tamil society. There's a huge following for this comedian, and the life lessons he casually imparts through his movies.

I asked another question. why are collections important, if cinema is just someone's passion?

Is it not enough that a cinema makes a profit.
