Guys NJ lo dorikee Best Basmathi rice edi??braces_1 Recently zafarani try chesaa Rice bagundi kani Smell ledu ....kohinoor worst ga undi...damn!! Suggest cheyandi Guys :)

Ee basmati  rice ayina waste vaa

biryani manchiga ravali ante aged rice kavali. So oka 2-3 bags ippude konukoni pettuko the older the better will be the grains ala ani minimum 1 yr 

ala ani wine lekka 15-20 yr aging kastam

I donno much about Indian food bro.. forget about cheap or costly .. when I got to Indian stores to buy some ready made stuff I saw these bags.. thought it helps TS

Minimum 6-12 months bro 

anyways Unopened bags that we get are having plastic bags inside so if we keep it in dark and dry place it's good. 

basic concept of biryani is the grains should be separate. So kotha rice mushy ga avtundii patha rice podi podi ga avtundii
