Nope soak chesaavu kabatti water  thaggisthaavu. For dum biryani aithey 1:1 water and basmati

Bhayya Royal vaadidi royal chef secret basmati rice ane variety untadi. Normal Royal basmati antha great undadu. But Royal Chef Secret Basmati Rice  best for biryani. Idi na opinion

And not just water koncham milk kuda veyaali like for every two cups of rice 2 cups water and half cup milk. More than an hour soak kuda cheyoddu.

1:1 aa? nenepudu asalu ala cheyaledu...normal full ginne ninda seperate ga neellu posesi annam udakapedta...oka 80% ayyaka teesesta!!

Yeah measure cheyakunda cook chesi 80% appudu theeyochu or inko method just use 1:1 vesi cook chesi water ayipoyindhi annappudu motham meat meedha poseyochu rice. That way I know for sure rice is cooked 80%. First method lo some times u may over cook or under cook but second method fool proof :P
