if you look closely, all the posts under OBC & SC come under 'Carryforward' category which means that they have not been filled for years or decades. Ilanti situation anni states, central & departments lo undhi. Aa reserved category jobs fill avvavu for some reason or other and they keep piling up & carry forwarding.

Note: I'm for reservation but with modifications to current system. Reservation teesukoni govt lo manchi job or private lo manchi salary unna valla kids ki no reservation
