With same strategy i bought 2 aapartments in 2005 n 2008 in hyd and one small house in chicago 2010 n other house in detroit 2014 and this one just started.hyderbad jan 2017...though i have lot of loans..so ollu daggara pettukoni karchu pedutunta...and 401k for retirement savings..anyway there..need to start 529 for kid in a year or two..life lo planning very important anedi gattiga nammuta

Bachupally is an industrial area, memu ipudey adey area lo vuntunam, there are lot of factories near by and almost twice or thrice a week we get to sense a pungent smell coming from the wastage released by factories. And also check the water level, bachupally, nizampet are known to have a very harsh conditions in terms of water.

Yes, I noticed about the factories and the smell. What I heard is that they are fighting against these factories and expecting favourable judgement from the court. Ee factories extreme levels ki aithe theesukellaru ani feeling. About the water problem in Nizampet, they have already constructed a water tank. And the Manjeerah water will be available very soon. Nizampet lo already flat undhi. Ala thelusu. Bachupally idea ledhu. Peddha county kabatti, I don't think Govt will neglect too much.

basu same here nizampet lo flat undi right now .. horrible traffic and this place has become like crazily crowded nenu india vellina most of time spent around Banjara hills area movies ki shopping ki and madhapur ee area ki evening 7 to 9 madhyalo ravali ante 2 hrs pattedi traffic chala worst ga undi...thats why we decided to move out of here..also that factory smells issue also aa industries anni politicans tho tie ups untayee avi eppatiki telavu..
