beans curry, Tofu fry, Chicken breast Tandoori, Grilled Fish with Fish masala.... %$#$

You can do and try infinite things.... only important thing... less oil & salt

Veggies ni batti Mari nenu anni greens and mushrooms ee 

potato sweet potato avi em tesukonu only selective bro 

collard greens

kale spinach mustard green 

beetroot carrot celery idi naa normal diet bro so I don't really calculate macros when it comes to carbs

I cannot get into complete details whether it's good or bad but my doctor frnd taking it and I am taking it. So far it feels good to me and put me under my daily calorie intake
