keeping diet aside bro nee workout plan enti...cardio enta chestav and weights enta chestav like how many days in a week u will be working out....

Nenu only body weights bro 

daily routine morning air squats, pull-ups, push-ups, dips. And some ab routine.

evening 2 mile cardio HIIT. Right now I am focused on to shredding. 

Jump rope too for 10-15 min 

Previously i used to do weights jim stoppanis short cut to shred plan follow ayya, next six weeks I went to crossfit training, then six weeks I followed captain America training plan, then 2 weeks 500 reps a day challenge chesa. Now since a month following the above workout. 

I have an habit of changing my workout regime every six weeks. Depends on the goals bro but pretty much I want to be physically active. Intlo evaranna adi tesukura idi tesukura ante visugukokunda chesta until I sleep I want to spend as much as calories I can.

too good man .... nenu weight koduthu unde but now i am trying to loose fat percentage...i became out of shape , i was not working out for an year or so , now i started since a month and its difficult to get back after u lost ur pace...

Nenu progressing towards vegetarian then vegan bro. So nenu takkuva whey protein tesukunedii. Previously I used to take dyamatize iso100 so only protein vuntundii. Tarvata I took muscle lean some carbs and fat kuda vuntundii. But nowadays plant protein tesukuntunna not tasty as whey but yeah to make up protein intake. I also use peanut butter almond butter with protein powder. so it's your take. 

The health nerd ani oka channel vuntundii he has some good informative videos.
