It's been a while since I measured it.

it would be around 12-14% but trying hard to get it under 10%. But I am toned though. Konchem bulky aithe baguntundii but I want build lean muscle but hitting plateau easily. Prastutaniki edo nettukostunna inni rojulu resistance training meeda concentrate chesi cardio antha peddaga cheyale but inka cardio kuda serious ga chestunna. One month goal pettukunna let's see how it goes progress em lekapotey inga maani d **gutha

Mixup weight training or body workouts. If weights lift heavier at 75-80% of your 1RM. You will not plateau. If you still do, rest for 2 complete weeks and start again. Don't stop if there us no progress.. Body adapts pretty fast so just break the adaption mould.

Yeah bro roju local park trails lo 2miles HIIT cardio then muscle ups, pull-ups chin-ups lantivi doing.
