ya..i used to neglect cardio when i got in to lifting... but with intermittent fasting without much cardio...i am seeing great results.

Cool good to know. I am pretty much under calorie deficit for shredding now. I fast is only when I eat desi meals.

yup thanks bro....actually nenu sugar items takkuva tintanu but these days i am eating lot of fatty food like chips, rice sometimes and appudu appudu  beer and jack with coke :) will stop for a month or so and see my progress....i am pumped to loose weight and get back to shape..fingers crossed
