Hello friends, 

I have an H1B Stamping done until Sep, 2017. I got new approval until Sep 2020, I am already in India and my return date is May 21, 2017. Is it mandatory to go for stamping before I return back on May 21, 2017.

I am planning to come back to India in next few months, thats when I initially planned to go for stamping. As far as I know the I94 validity date which will be given until September 24, 2017 according to my current visa stamp, when I am entering the USA on May 21, 2017 but is it mandatory to go for stamping now before May 21, 2017.

If you are with a different .... but have approval till sept 2017 No need i think...

 If you are with the same employer then definitely NO NEED...
