As per the new rules, NEET aa 21 lakhs kooda based on merit. It's not that who ever pays more will get the seat. This system is a lot better than the earlier one. It could have been improved a lot. But again, NEET lo qualify ayyithe ivvanni undavu. Colleges nadapadaniki like building and lab infrastructure ...fee kavali. I think this is the best middle ground to improve the quality and to select merit students reasonably.

govt itself making medical courses only for rich  high class people 

Medicare and medical education should not have any financial restriction and limitations .Then only we can get good health care then only humanity prevails

chala students dnb vadilesaru waiting for this pg counseling  but suddenga penchesaru fee just counseling ki 4 days mundu 

neet rastunapde ila inta high fees ante oka poor, middle class merit student all India counseling kosam fight chesevadu, dnb counselling attend ayyevadu , alage AIIMS, PGI , JIPMER ni aim chesevadu gattiga, even USMLE aim chesevadu

USMLE clearing steps and getting residency costs cheaper than these pvt colleges fees in Telugu states

APPG lo , Telugu states lo 300 lopu rank vachindil ante its very easy for him /her to clear USMLE

All I can say,this is a new kind of reservation.... This unusual fee hike reserves the seats for rich kids by eliminating poor and middle class students from the competition.
It doesnt end there. It triggers a chain of events that result in further degradation of standards and increased commercialisation of medical profession.
