80 lakhs petti koni, 30% cash petti, 70% loan teesukoni @10% interest rate, pay home loan for the next 10 years on apartment...and after 10 years you will realise the cost of ownership is very high than initially  thought and the thenvalue of the house will be only 50-60% of the rate at which you bought the house...

to shield your investment, you have to invest more and be safe by placing your bet on plot/land.
