This is how perdiem is done. Lets say employer has to pay you $50 per hour and you both agree that you will rum $10 as perdiem. Then lets say 160 hours ki paycheck ila untadhi

160*40 = 6400

Now all taxes will be on this $6400

Net pay calculate chesaka last ki 160*10 = $1600 net ki add chesi istaru.
