No Heli is not just the option. You can also trek but  for ager old parents Heli is good option.

You should possess Nepal visa and it will cost around 75,000 to 100K rupees from Khatmandu for heli ride..

I am saying for my parents heli is only opiton man. I know we can trek and infact i want to but vallato velthe trek is not possible for me
