since we are in eb2 india ...we depend on unused eb5 and eb1 numbers to spill over so that we can get gc's sooner...but these eb1c bastards are gaming the system and not allowing the spillover which means more waiting time for eb2...

add to the fact that eb3-eb2 porting happen a lot so any eb3 who gets 5+ yrs exp can upgrade to eb2....

so eb2 inflow ekkuva undhi and no outflow add to that no spill over...

so NO its not just evadi saavu vaala saavandi.....eb1 and eb3(porters) are killing eb2...
