also cut off rice.. go for chapathi.. rice lo chala sugar untadi.. coffee lo kuda no milk and no sugar .. also avoid curd

First stop taking medications and tests 

I stay in AZ i gave sneezing issues, na colleague ki cough and throat isssues nothing came in tests. Malli aa tablets in vere side effects vaste ado problem.

I am asthmatic and can totally relate to your situation...its embarassing to get that unwanted attention..better relocate...I suggest to avoid the cause than looking for cure when you knew it for sure
