Suppose....java developer changes to devops developer....with new client...

Anyways h1b amendment file chestham....

Future h1b extensions or transfers ki emina issue avtada ? Stamping lo emina prob avacha ?

What about GC process...can we continue to work without any changes ?

If u have designation like Sr. Programmer Analyst / Programmer Analyst it shouldn't matter.  Mi employer ade designation continue chesina it doesn't matter.  Too much variation could be problem as GC future employment and specific job role ki he is applying for GC right so a rek ki ni profile match avvali kada. Developer role ki manager or testing analyst ni hire ayite cheyaleru kadu. Most cases desi employer wont change designation.

Many ppl are changing techs after every project from informtaica, msbi , obiee, sap, ibm to java ....so how they are dealing this issue ?

Same designation continue chestadu employer and resume asalu chustara anedi nakaite doubt aey. Stamping lo ayite they never ask for resume.

But resume...roles and responsibilities....change a lot....

Naku 1st time GC file chesinappudu lawyer mistake testing analyst ani chesaru when i am java developer and testing analyst unnadu ma company lo vadiki programmer analyst ani roles switch ayyayi as they applied for both during same time and lawyer mistake. naku i40 apply chestunnappuud i got to know and concerned and asked them to re apply labor as h1 and GC applications ki sambandham ledu. But the other guy continued his application and he is fine too. Dont know if he will have issues in future but ippadiki ayite tana i140 kuda approved. Same designation kuda unte roles and responsibilities picha light.
