After jan 2017, h1b people have 60 days to find another employer. After 60 days out of status. Did anyone get h1 transfer approval after being fired. Espcially in situations where 30 or 45 days without job and paystubs, if you apply for h1 transfer will you get approval easily. Any cases with similar experience.

How did people manage this before jan 2017, if they get fired from FTE.

na friend got laid off....he was given compensation for 3 months and aa 3 months they hold h1 as well. After that 2 months time vuntundhi..

H1 hold cheyyakapotey...you will have 2 months to change employer. 

In my friends case....he changed employer....got a job....h1b approved
