Android bhayya , I think people always had a chance no ? , we all choose to come to IT when we could have picked other careers , now I think the choice will be forced , hopefully it will do some good , but right now we do not have any Industries that can employ this many engineers , IT was employing atleast some of them until now

we always had chances and choices, but we always took tried and tested ways rather than finding a way on our own. 

Till now the choice was forced...going forward, it would be different...at least I hope the approach changes. Entrepreneurial way is the right way for a country like India. 

Lot of capital money flowing in but hardly any manufacturing and small scale activities happening in India. This is the area where the youth needs to concentrate rather than just uploading a resume on job boards and waiting for that one call to come by...Nothing is built in India yet and lot has to be built in the days to come and onus on profitable ventures.
