WE ARE NO MORE SLAVES OF IT(SOFTWARE) FOR ALL DESI COMPANIES, WHO ARE BEGGING FOR DOLLARS/EURO'S BY SCREWING UP OUR CAREERS.

DEAR IT ENGINEERS, TAKE A NEW REVOLUTION TO PROVE WE HAVE ENOUGH CALIBER TO SHOW OUR NATION STRENGTH, INSTEAD OF EXPORTING GREAT MINDS OF INDIA, LETS EXPORT OUR PRODUCTS AND MAKE OUR NATION MORE STRONG IN EVERY SECTOR (IT, GOVT, CENTRAL GOVT, PUBLIC SECTOR, BANKS, INSTITUTIONS...ETC) DIGITIZE INDIA AND LETS MAKE INDIA PRIDE TO JOIN HANDS FOR "MAKE IN INDIA".

ENOUGH OF WAITING FOR GREEN CARDS, CITIZEN SHIPS, PERMANENT RESEDENCY...ETC. WE LOST MANY THINGS ASPIRING OUR CAREER GROWTH, LOSING FAMILY GROUNDS, FRIENDS, OUR TRADITION, CULTURE, EMOTIONS...ETC MANY MORE.

THINK THINK THINK...!

IT COMPANIES IN INDIA HAS POOR PLANNING IN TAKING CARE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES WHO STOOD DAY AND NIGHT FOR THEIR DOLLAR REVENUE. ITS NOT FAIR LEAVING EMPLOYEES IN MIDDLE OF THEIR CAREER. THERE IS NO EQUAL EMPLOYEE OPPORTUNITY, EMPLOYEE FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT, STOP SAYING SUCH NONSENSE. INSTEAD THINK OF TAKING CARE OF YOUR EMPLOYEES WITH RIGHT BENEFITS, UN EMPLOYMENT BENEFITS DURING SUCH CRISIS, CREATE RETIREMENT PLANS, HEALTH BENEFITS, SECURE CAREER OPPORTUNITIES BY CREATING MORE JOBS, SECURE LIFE FOR THOSE EMPLOYEES WHO SERVED FOR COMPANY'S SUCCESS. AT LEAST LEARN FROM OTHER COUNTRIES WHO ARE GIVING PRIME IMPORTANCE IN CREATING JOBS TO LOCALS & PROVIDE MORE BENEFITS AND SUPPORT FOR THEIR LIVING. REGULARIZE YOUR SALARIES AND CREATE A PLAN FOR FUTURE BENEFITS FOR SAME EMPLOYEES, WHO ASKED YOU TO PAY MORE, WITH SUCH HUGE SALARIES IT HAS DIRECT / INDIRECT IMPACT ON ECONOMY, REAL ESTATES, COST OF LIVING, COMMODITIES, FOOD, CLOTHES...ETC MANY ASPECTS HAVE REACHED SKY ROCKET PRICES.

GIVE A THOUGHT BEFORE ITS NOT TOO LATE.... UN EMPLOYMENT DEVIL IS THERE SINCE OUR GRAND FATHER HOOD. THINK OF BETTER SOLUTION FOR BETTER NATION. 

GREAT MINDS OF INDIA WHO ARE LIVING ABROAD GIVE A THOUGHT, ITS OUR NATION'S HEART BEAT...BEFORE IT STOPS, TRY TO TREAT AT RIGHT TIME.

Its just bcoz of high salaries and phulka immigrants from other states ready to pay. Its not owner's mistake. If no one ready to pay that high rents, owner will cool down.
