but 1 Million antey approx payment will be $5000-6000 including taxes for 30 yrs conventional loan.. 20% down

property taxes in CA are about 1.5%.. so 1 M house ki around 10k to 12k propertytaxes .. i.e $1000 per month..

ipudu rent 3500 pay chestunna bhayya...illu konte monthly payments (including tax, HOA) around 5200 avutundi.....so about 1700 extra or 2000 vesuko...but my calculation is  part of it will go towards principle and we will get tax benefit on the interest and tax we pay....the thing is my down payment is at risk if we end up selling the home in down trend...
