It's fresh bro, it's made in front of you. Nothing is frozen, they get their veggies everyday. Go to a quality Hibachi grill, road meeda edi padithey andulo bagodu.

Look at it this way, desi buffet lo both the ingredients and veggies stale plus it's pre cooked, frozen and heated. 

Mongolian BBQ lo veggies poni maybe one day old anthe, it's not like they frozen and heated in a microwave right. 

Which one is fresher?

I eat out on the weekends, like to have some drinks and dinner. 

Naaku Japanese food chala ishtamu, mainly Ramen. I also like Mexican and Middle Eastern food very much.

Mon - Thu----> Avg to worst buffet e rojudi epudu pedtado endhku pedtado adike teliyadu...food ekuva cook chesthe loss ekuva so atu itu all mix chesi buffet nadipestaru manollu. Porapaatna team lunch ani okaroju team antha pollloo mani vellam ante andke food saripoka vere food marchestaru madya lo. Alantapudu okakasari ne sudi baunte apudikapudu fast ga edokati cook chesi buffet lo pedtaru

Thurs & Sun night - ikada sauces (onion & tomato) & anni cut cheskoni ready petkuntaru dinner service slow untadi ani aa sauces tho cook chesi paina kothimera ala ala jalli wow its nice ankune la chestaru.

Inka sambar rasam pappu lantivi oka pedha gangalam size lo cook chesi freezer lo padestaru so that okaka roju okakati tesi vedi chesi inka atla baita pedtaru.

Samosa kheer gulab jamun sweets antara prathidi freezer ninchi tesi atla microwave lo kasepu vedi chesi istaru.

Anni restaurants daaadapu inthe ivanni manaki telsina manam malla potham tintam...jai mahishmati

Indian restuarants lo meat assalu tinakandi.. As some one said manchi running restuarant aithe ne quality unde chance untadi items lo.

Nenu velthe mostly tiffins chesta.. meat assalu tinanu.. I used to work in restuarant. 

Daarunam kaakapothe gulab jamoon kuda frozen. okasari deserts ayipothe, guests adigaru mgmt ni we need deserts ani.

2 mins lo gulaab jamoon ready.. guests were shock as they were super hot.

Oka patha client ki work chese rojullo maa team lo oka desi gadu join ayyadu. 

Everyday lunch ki desi buffet thini ochi dabidi dibidi chesevadu, vaadiki cubicle ivvaledu space leka. So he used to sit with his laptop in the corridor on a bench, everyday buffet kummi ochi gurru peduthu sleep esevadu ade corridor lo. 

2 months choosaru taravatha fired.
