Online videos choodurri, corresht form ento telusukorri. Lift heavy weight and for low reps, but don't go heavy till you make sure your form is right. Mirror undedi gym lo form check chesukoneeki, mana body ni soodaneeki kaadu. Preferably morning ellurri around 6 am or so, raddi takkuva untadi.
