Even if your goal is marathon running that diet doesn't make sense.. Andar follow kaleru only marathon cheddam ankuney valley can follow that too you need to eat carbs for marathon running. Add carbs and see your performance peaks. Don't make carbs evil. Its just ppl overload with carbs causing issues.. Anything overloading us issue except weights in gym.

Cuz I'm fed up with ppl thinking that one shirt fits all..I'm an endomorph I cannot eat carbs as heavily as ectomorph. First body type aina ksnukovali kada.. They are wasting precious years and hard earned money... I was also same anduke antunna..

Check body types in bodybuilding dot com or google endomorphism/ectomorph/mesomorph. Endos are ppl who have poor carb partioning konchem tinnaganey weight gain chestaaru.. Ectos enta tinna cheyyaruu.. Mesomorphs are born like bahubalis..
