Yeah not following much.. But first diet set aithey anta set avtadi.. Workout chestunna aina taggatledu antey malka they go back to old habits..if you drink one litre water and weigh your weight increases.. Ucha posaka malli weigh chestey weight decrease aithadi that doesn't mean you lost weight.. Anyone's goal should be loosing fat, unless you are sports person and have specific goal. An MMA fighter goal is diff from bodybuilder and both of their goals are different from general public who just want to be healthy. Metabolic damage cheskovaddu antunna cuz then you won't reach your goal in time.

Depends if an ecto gains fat..cutting phase lo he looses crazy and shows six pack wins contest.. Endo gaadu Nana sankal naakina adey time lo cheyyaledu.. Assuming both are beginners with no resistance training exp. So when ever you see someone getting shredded in few weeks either they are pros or ectos. Leaving out mighty mesomorphs in the discussion.
