CTS eppudo apesindi kada. Most of the CTS employees work for 2 to 3 years and move on to othe companies. Honestly ippudunna situation lo implementation partners and clients that offer full time jobs evaru GC cheyyatledu. Even Amazon stopped doing H1s from what I heard. Only option Mestris..
