ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌ రాష్ట్రానికి రెవెన్యూ లోటు భర్తీ కింద కేంద్రం నుంచి రావాల్సిన మొత్తం కేవలం రూ.138.39 కోట్లు మాత్రమేనని కేంద్ర ఆర్థిక మంత్రి అరుణ్ జైట్లీ స్పష్టం చేశారు. ఈ మేరకు చంద్రబాబు రాసిన లేఖకు సమాధానం ఇస్తూ, రెవెన్యూ లోటు మొత్తాన్ని రూ. 16,078 కోట్ల నుంచి రూ. 4,117.89 కోట్లకు తగ్గించిన విషయాన్ని తెలిపారు. ఈ మొత్తంలో ఇప్పటికే రూ. 3,979.50 కోట్లు ఇచ్చేశామని గుర్తు చేశారు. బకాయి ఉన్న మిగిలిన మొత్తాన్ని త్వరలో విడుదల చేస్తామని హామీ ఇచ్చారు. కాగా, కేంద్రం నుంచి తమకు రావాల్సిన బకాయిలు పెరిగిపోయాయని, ఈ విషయంలో వెంటనే స్పందించాలని ఇటీవల చంద్రబాబు మోదీ ప్రభుత్వానికి లేఖ రాసిన సంగతి తెలిసిందే.

India govt can afford division of state, but cannot afford to a build a new concrete capital out of nothing. ONly two cities have been built in the last 70 years, Chandigarh and Jamshedpur. Jamshedpur was built by TATA steel and its very small in comparison with other cities and Chandigarh was the only city which was built and that too few decades back and development was only limited to central business district and few sectors unlike Amaravati which is planned to be built on mega scale.
