It got denied as ACICS is not recognized as a bonafide accrediting agency by AACRAO ,USCIS nor united States department of Education. I have completed my masters in 2010 but ACICS lost its recognition last year .Appealed the denial with MTR .They are considering as of today and denied it again .There are so many of students who's I140 got approved from the same school . Please let me know if there is any way I can challenge it ? . Any other ways I can retain the same priority date and get this I140 approved for H1b extension after 6 years .Working with the same employer for past 8 years.
