It's a pinch in the gut for eb2/eb3 waiting patiently in line for many many years. Hard to see someone coming with less experienced and no knowledge of management getting in eb1c. God only knows when eb1c abuse will stop.

We wait in line for more than 10 years to get Green card, while someone just walks in with 2 yrs of experience as manager with just a bachelors degree and applies in EB1 gets his green card in two months. how logical is that?? having a reportee in Asia shouldnt qualify a person for EB1 just like that.

Congnizant inc. like companies are making employees as manager for 1 year purposefully to make them qualify for EB1C category ad filing over 5000 GC application every year. This is usage of loopholes for their benefit and causing fellow Indians suffer in the long wait queues who are much qualified and waiting in eb2 categories ..
