Cognizant and other offshore companies are using EB1C loophole and doing mass filings. Why do a offshore team need so many managers. Leading 4 member team in India doesn't make international executive/manager. In India anything can be shown as USCIS cannot visit the location and see. The people who applied in EB1C are not genuine international managers (90% are fake managers created by these companies). There should be a change with having minimum pay requirement and higher university degree for EB1C as they are high paying and real talent people who should be in the criteria Not the fake managers created by Cognizant and other companies. I feel it will impact the economy in long run giving GC's to all these fake managers created by offshore companies.
