Yes I didn't mean to specifically say you or I brother. Just in general, some people muddy the pond for everyone else, and the ones that abused the laws usually get away with it. That said, another way of looking at it is that they just utilized the loopholes in the law, which even if they didn't someone else would have. So that's a valid argument too.
