EB2 cutoff dates ila undevi 4 yrs old PD untey GC vacheysedhi but 2012 nundi started struggle 2007 tharavatha F1s flooded to US so vallu antha 2010 and after PDs tho line lo nilabaddaru on top of it EB3 vaallu standing in line before 2005 are jumping to EB2

Not easy man. Money alone won't work. There are other things that also need to be taken care.

Yes I didn't mean to specifically say you or I brother. Just in general, some people muddy the pond for everyone else, and the ones that abused the laws usually get away with it. 

That said, another way of looking at it is that they just utilized the loopholes in the law, which even if they didn't someone else would have. So that's a valid argument too.
