Not 100% sure. As far as I know

40k in each category. But only 7% max for each country. And each family member counts. For example a family of 4 apply for GC , They will take 4 Visa numbers.

International Managerial categories donot deserve to be filed under EB1C. Most of these managers are from India, low skilled either working as QA, BA . These managers deserve to be in EB3. It is ridiculous such low skilled managers are put on par with PHDs and exceptional skill people of EB1. Please stop this fraud by Indian IT companies and investigate Indian IT companies especially Cognizant (CTS)!!!!

Anytime. L1A green card processing is the most misused category known as EB1. There is a very high level scrutiny going on. As good amount of large Indian IT firms had made it too easy for the intra company transferred managers to get Green Card in less than 8 months after landing to USA.

In my workplace - this question has been asked in our company town hall. Almost every other H1B, L1B visa employees are frustrated due to EB1 category for GC processing. As they all are frustrated due to decade long wait to get the GC while EB1 category folks gets it in less than 8 months. Moreover current administration has made all the GC processing really difficult and they must be having eye on EB1 category. There is no genuine reason to get a manager from overseas to USA as there are exceptionally talented and experienced managers available in USA.

Moreover large Indian IT companies are well aware of the fact that the moment EB1 category gets the GC in 8 months - he/she will leave the job and go for some other company. EB1 is poles apart from EB2 and EB3.

According to me misuse of EB1 category should stop immediately.

They said they are looking at all responses and not ignoring letters to Senators...

EB1 - exceptional talent kadu ani nuvu anuktunavu ante, vadiki EB1 chese company exceptional anuktunadhi emo kada. USCIS vadu approve chestunadu ante vadu koda accept chesinate kada exceptional talent ani

EB2 EB3 separate categories is also not ideal. There should just be one employment based category.
