Not because of h4 ead..because end clients are strictly not encouraging corp to corp..they are only asking for direct employee of vendors to avoid scams that our desi and even some american managers did ... Only chance is to work on w2 by getting green card In end of day the real blame is on eb2 waiting times..nothing else.. There are 1.5 million h1bs from eb2 category and around 1 million in eb3. Everyone is assuming the guy with genuine experience is same as guy with fake experience in h1b.who just finished opt...how can he proove ?? He cannot.. Even if he proove..they won't take it..as there are many in ead status... I know people who got h1b in 2002 and applied for gc in 2005 in eb3 still waiting..after 15 years..
