Peddayana Posted May 30, 2017 Report Share Posted May 30, 2017 2 , before that worked many years , You will find work boring if there are no challenges , learn the stuff for a new role (like if you are a dev  , learn BA , if you are a QA learn dev , if you are a programmer learn about Scrum , Agile etc) , keep that as a backup , ask your manager for more opportunities , see if you can shadow another role , so many things to keep one occupied  Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
