Hi Friends .Meru me FT job or project lo enni years nundi unnaru.Nenu na FT job lo 5 years unna.Ippudu work emi interesting ga anipinchadem ledhu..How frequently do you change companies?

FT - 1.5 yrs. Still running..

mundu 4 years contract..

8yrs and counting.... didnt feel boring anytime, except once in 2012. but switched gears by end of 2012.

2 , before that worked many years , You will find work boring if there are no challenges , learn the stuff for a new role (like if you are a dev  , learn BA , if you are a QA learn dev , if you are a programmer learn about Scrum , Agile etc) , keep that as a backup , ask your manager for more opportunities , see if you can shadow another role , so many things to keep one occupied

same here joined recently and feeling very boring.

every two years im changing tech and role both.

i work on product and service development group so avi change avvali..vati to patu nenu change avvali.

You have to show the capability for them to allow you to do that role , first deserve then desire antaru kada , learn the stuff , pick up small tasks etc when they are on leave , having said this may not work in all companies as a large part depends on the flexibility of your manager

7 years...Yup boring, but life stability and visa status dominates our conscience here.. Once you get a GC or EAD, then we can move.

Nothing we can do than compromise ...because of our H1 status.
