The shortage of homes to buy has caused prices to rise sharply in many metro areas.

The largest annual gain was in Seattle, where prices have surged 12.3 percent. Portland, Oregon recorded a 9.2 percent increase, while Dallas prices rose 8.6 percent.

Of the 20 cities in the index, the weakest gain was in New York City, an area where home prices are already high relative to median incomes. Home prices in New York City have risen 4.1 percent in the past year, still much higher than U.S. average hourly earnings that have increased 2.5 percent over the past 12 months, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics.

East facing north facing muchata dallas ki kaadu motham US ki telsu, basic ga desis oste ne chaalu vallaki they know that we ppl are rich/ well off  among the immigrants ani. Inka daniki todu manollu bmw benz audi la nunchi digutharaye I feel whole housing scene in US is just a scam. I am just better of buying a piece of land from the city and build a tiny house on it. Waste of money.

if my wife is qualified for that position she gonna get that for sure.. or else it goes to some qualified person...

anthe kani maa family member job searching kada ani.. unna contractor ni peeki dobbi.. FT ki interview ki ochevallani select cheyyakunda finally maa family member ni recommend chese type aithe kadu.. already have seen lot and got vexed with that ...

Its okay to help saati desis but not to an extent where you hit someones only source of income for a double income in your family.. that happens lot in Desi conquered areas like Texas...
