pay difference 50k between FTE and consulting

consulting now in NY, got FTE different client in NJ. Pay difference 50k between FTE (100k) and consulting(150k) thinking whether to take FTE or not..

an this matter is pulihora NJ lo minimum is 120k for fte

my friend 130 k thesukunnadu jan lo fte
