not sure if it applies to all. But many times they can find out age of pre existing conditions by medical tests. It is a very complicated topic.

It is not guaranteed that we will get covered even after taking 1 million insurance all the time. But atleast there will be a chance.

Thats what Insurance companies do normally (trying to escape)...but this case can be a candidate for undiagnosed or unidentified problem...

BP, Diabetes, Cancer, etc...and other chronic diseases are undoubtedly considered as pre-existing conditions...as they wont develop overnight.
