vendor dilemma -- pls advise

Bhayyas , 

              I am working for the same client for 3 years now .. Epuudu  the client  got a new vendor in addition to the vendor that I currently  work with and the new vendor is offering me a better rate ,which  would cost the client  more  , but my  manager  at work said it is ok  for the client . But I am in a dilemma whether I should do it or not . cause nenu chese pani ki  justification cheyyalenu aa amount ki + naakante seniors enka takkuva ke work chestunnaru .. so not sure how to proceed  ..

Make sure...that your old vendor is not aware of your contract extension with new vendor....

Otherwise the old vendor will cause you a big problem...

No non-compete agreements Bhayya ..The client ensured that the vendors cannot enforce it .The old vendor will eventually come to know before the transition as  he is trying hard to retain me .

bhayya...oka chinna doubt..nuvvu pake or genuine experience? pake aithey...already mee seniors kante neeku ekkuva isthuntaru...so justification thokka ani pakkata petti..just paisal teesuko pani cheyyi....pake lo andaram chesedi adey...

if you are not pake...then nee alochana appreciable

indialo nekanna picha thopu gallaki $30 per hr kuda raadu...so muskoni move ayyi earn what you can now...ledante client dagaraki velli cheppu...nenu pichikai gadini...naku asalu ippudu vastunna pay nee chala ekkuva...inka ekkuva ichi nannu ibandi petodhu plz ani..

had the same issue... Director maa paatha vendor ni dobbeyamannadu... He was T*k systems.... Had no issue since it came from the client and they had other consultants at the client location.

Go ahead with the shift...Why would you wanna pay the middle layers too much ?

You are the one working your ass off and client is the one paying... Nuvvu chesedhi neeku gaani client ki gaani help ayithe aalochinchu...ledante don't think much about the middle layers..., They'll find another bakra like us to suck all the $ without any effort.
