brother. meeru edi oppukoru ani telusu so disco anavasaram.  YSR ante koncham baadha vesindi naaku anduke intha essay raasthunna.

YSR gaadu polavaram start chesindi just matti panulu chesi vela kotlu 10geddamani. ade matti pani seyyadam crores lo bills sanction seyyadam. ide vaadu chesindi. Only CBN took this massive project on his shoulder. in YSR time it was only 5% matti works...But CBN completed almost 90% matti works at project site. He went beyond and above to get permissions from central govt to get approval of designs. Every monday he started reviews for 5 hours only on polavaram so works will go fast. He did not even applied for approvals for designs. worst is that he inked worst possible contract with main contractor so nobody can replace him till 2019.

Technically making project viable for 100 years more, he just made main contractor to give sub-contract to world renown company to do coffer dam. He is doing beyond expectations even though state is in financial crunch. he built state from deficit to go to surplus in 6 years with vision. 

Crying is your right. no body says anything. but pls don't cry on polavaram. because everybody know what is going on there and pls give 100% credit to CBN on polavaram.
