You can do lot of things in Vegas apart from Gambling... Just a caution, its unbelievably hot in Vegas, particularly during  noon, its unbearable- No fun!

• Some places for good food to eat - If you are foody, try secret pizza (also called as hidden pizza ).. 3rd floor in Cosmopolitan hotel- Just be prepared for long wait in the queue and crazy people you will come across,   shake shack burger (if you are from east coast, then you must have tried), Thai food - Satay Thai Bistro and Lotus of Siam are pretty popular.
• Hotels - Try to stay in Strip. Parking has become mandatory for every hotel in the strip (even if you booked a room). Traffic sucks in the strip, so either go by walk or take tram service.
