50k cr on minorities

1000 for widows

Positives :

evvariki pensions aapaledu.... salaries aapaledu.... Pattiseema, secretariat finished... polavaram in full swing...  Aqua, Agriculture lo country GDP increase kanna chaala ekkuva vundhi... Industries baaney vachaayi... runamaafi inka 1/3 rd left... inka infrastructure in progress..... next term ki gaani results kanapadavu...

Biggest challenge i personally think is.... collecting 33k acres and paying them kaulu annually & moving already established employees from Hyd to Amaravathi...

Negatives :

Corruption baaga perigindhi.

Govt employees bayapadatledu.

TDP cadre konni chotla extraalu baaga chesthunnaru

2 lakhs houses promised in reality just thousands finished anukunta that too own MLAs const lo .. gov saying they will finish  them by 2019

spending money and proposal for increasing res quota for muslims

not sure how much they spent 

pension wise TrS did very good job

mission bhageeradha - I think if not 100% may be atleast 70% will be done by 2019

In a way, this is actually much beneficial to general quota.Again, this one is a fundamental mistake, appeasing minorities which will increase voting share of TRS but eventually help BJP few more seats than their strength..

failures :

double bed : Not going to happen.Only beneficiaries will be TRS party mandal level leaders and their cadres

farmers suicide...has been happening and will happen for another decade atleast. Again, its a fundamental problem entire nation is facing and only attempts can be done to avoid it but reality is that it is now beyond recovery. Expect such things to rise especially if there is draught situation. 

delay in irrigation projects

Metro delay......Its not government project dude, Its private consortium, built,owned and operated by L and T...Govt literally has no control on it except fixing and extending deadlines on it. Remember, its the nation's first and only metro project which is completely elevated. Sizeof the project is mammoth and delays are expected especially after the change of guard.

moving towards clean energy and led distribution

digitalizing whatever gov could at this moment

pattiseema finishing record time (lot of controversial disco on this apart from finishing it)
