Daughter of Kesava Rao, popularly known as KK, G. Vijayalakshmi, the municipal Corporator of Banja Hills, was stated to have purchased nearly 50 acres of land situated in Survey No. 36 in Dandumailaram of Ibrahmipatnam.  She purchased the land along with few others from the associates of Goldstone Prasad, who is now wanted by the police in connection with the multi-crore Miyapur land scam.

The Ibrahimpatnam in-charge Sub-Registrar Saleh Khadeer was stated to have helped Goldstone Prasad and his associates in getting the land registered in the name of Vijayalakshmi and others. With various land scams coming to light, the Sub-Registrar has been placed under suspension for registering the forest land that was not denotified by the government without any record of rights.

ఇబ్రహీంపట్నం(రంగారెడ్డి జిల్లా), జూన్‌ 9(ఆంధ్రజ్యోతి): టీఆర్‌ఎస్‌ రాజ్యసభ సభ్యుడు కె.కేశవరావు భూకుంభకోణంలో ఇరుక్కున్నారు. పైగా భూములపై తమకు జీపీఏ ఉందంటూ ఇప్పటికే హైదరాబాద్‌లో వందల ఎకరాల ప్రభుత్వ భూములకు ఎసరుపెట్టిన ‘గోల్డ్‌స్టోన్‌’ సంస్థ తన దొంగ సొత్తులో ఆయన కుటుంబానికీ భాగం పెట్టింది. రంగారెడ్డి జిల్లా ఇబ్రహీంపట్నం సమీపంలో దొంగ జీపీఏల ద్వారా కబ్జా చేసిన ప్రభుత్వ, అటవీ భూముల్లో 38 ఎకరాలను కేకే కుటుంబ సభ్యుల పేరిట రిజిస్ట్రేషన్‌ చేసింది. దండు మైలారం పంచాయతీ హఫీజ్‌పూర్‌ రెవెన్యూ పరిధిలో ఈ భూములు ఉన్నాయి. కేకే కుమార్తె గద్వాల విజయలక్ష్మి, కోడలు జ్యోత్న(విప్లవ్‌ కుమార్‌ భార్య), కంచర్ల నవజ్యోతిలకు గోల్‌స్టోన్‌ కంపెనీ ఈ భూమిని రిజిస్ట్రేషన్‌ చేసింది. రిజిస్ర్టేషన్‌ పత్రం ప్రకారం మొత్తం 50 ఎకరాల భూమిని రిజిస్టర్‌ చేయగా, అందులో 38 ఎకరాలు ప్రభుత్వ భూమి ఉందంటున్నారు. దీని విలువ బహిరంగ మార్కెట్లో పదికోట్లకు పైనే. కేకే కుమార్తె గద్వాల విజయలక్ష్మి హైదరాబాద్‌లో కార్పొరేటర్‌గా ఉన్నారు. ఇబ్రహీంపట్నం మండలం దండుమైలారం గ్రామంలోని హఫీజ్‌పూర్‌లో 2244.22 ఎకరాల ప్రభుత్వ, అటవీ భూములున్నాయి. ఇందులో 422.29 ఎకరాలను 1965లో ప్రభుత్వం పేదలకు అసైన్‌చేసి పట్టాలు ఇచ్చింది. మిగిలిన 1821.33 ఎకరాలు ప్రభుత్వ ఆధీనంలోనే ఉన్నాయి. గోల్డ్‌ స్టోన్‌ టెక్నాలజీ్‌సతో పాటు మరో పది కంపెనీలు ఈ భూముల్లో 50 ఎకరాలకు తాము హక్కుదారులమని ప్రకటించుకున్నాయి. 2015లో గద్వాల విజయలక్ష్మి(భర్త్త:బాబిరెడ్డి), కంచర్ల నవజ్యోతి (తండ్రి: వెంకటేశ్వర్‌రావు,) జ్యోత్స్న (భర్త: విప్లవ్‌కుమార్‌)లకు ఈ భూమిని విక్రయించారు. ఈ మేరకు ఇబ్రహీంపట్నం సబ్‌ రిజిస్ట్రార్‌ కార్యాలయంలో గోల్డ్‌స్టోన్‌ కంపెనీకి చెందిన పీవీఎస్‌ శర్మ ఇతరులు రిజిస్ట్రేషన్‌ చేసి ఇచ్చారు. 2015లోనే ఈ భూముల రిజిస్ట్రేషన్‌ కోసం దరఖాస్తు వచ్చినప్పటికీ అప్పటి సబ్‌ రిజిస్ర్టార్‌ మధుసూదన్‌రెడ్డి వీటిని పెండింగ్‌లో పెట్టారు. ఆయన బదిలీపై వెళ్లాక సీనియర్‌ అసిస్టెంట్‌గా ఉన్న సాలేహా ఖదీర్‌ ఇన్‌చార్జి సబ్‌ రిజిస్త్రార్‌గా మూడు నెలల పాటు కొనసాగారు. ఆ సమయంలోనే ఈ పెండింగ్‌ రిజిస్ట్రేషన్‌ను ఆమె పూర్తి చేశారు. 2016 మే 12న డాక్యుమెంట్‌ నెం.4486/16 ప్రకారం కేశవరావు కుటుంబీకులకు రిజిస్ట్రేషన్‌ చేసి ఇచ్చారు. మియాపూర్‌ భూముల కుంభకోణం విచారణలో భాగంగా గోల్ట్‌స్టోన్‌ లావాదేవీలను తవ్వితీస్తున్న అధికారులకు హఫీజ్‌పూర్‌ భూముల వ్యవహారం తగిలింది.

దీనిపై సబ్‌ రిజిస్ట్రార్‌ మధుబాబు మాట్లాడుతూ, డాక్యుమెంట్‌ నెం.4486/16 ప్రకారం జరిగిన 38 ఎకరాల రిజిస్ట్రేషన్‌లో పట్టా పాస్‌బుక్కు. టైటిల్‌ డీడ్‌లు పరిశీలించకుండా రిజిస్ట్రేషన్‌ చేశారని తెలిపారు. ఇది ఘోర తప్పిదంగా భావించి, అప్పటి ఇన్‌చార్జి సబ్‌ రిజిస్ట్రార్ ను ప్రభుత్వం సస్పెండ్‌ చేసిందని చెప్పారు. సీనియర్‌ అసిస్టెంట్‌గా ఉన్న సాలేహా ఖదీర్‌ శుక్రవారం సెలవులో ఉన్నారని, ఆమెకు కాపీని అందజేస్తామని తెలిపారు. అక్రమ రిజిస్ట్రేషన్‌లో సబ్‌ రిజిస్ట్రార్‌ కార్యాలయంలో కొన్నాళ్లుగా అనధికారికంగా పని చేస్తున్న వ్యక్తి కీలక పాత్రధారని తెలుస్తుంది. ఇతనే పెద్ద మొత్తంలో డబ్బులు మాట్లాడుకుని అప్పటి ఇన్‌చార్జి సబ్‌ రిజిస్ట్రార్‌తో రిజిస్ట్రేషన్‌ చేయించినట్లు చెప్తున్నారు. ఇతన్ని అదుపులోకి తీసుకుని విచారిస్తే మరిన్ని అక్రమాలు బయటకు రావచ్చని తెలుస్తోంది.

శంషాబాద్‌లోని సబ్‌-రిజిస్ట్రార్‌ కార్యాలయంలో రికార్డులను పోలీసులు పరిశీలిస్తున్నారు. ఇక్కడ ఘాంసిమియగూడకు చెందిన ప్రభుత్వ, అసైన్డ్‌ భూములను గోల్డ్‌స్టోన్‌ సంస్థ సొంతం చేసుకుందని రైతులు ఫిర్యాదు చేశారు. రెండు రోజుల కిందట ఇంటలిజెన్స్‌ అధికారులు సబ్‌-రిజిస్ట్రార్‌ కార్యాలయంలో తనిఖీలు నిర్వహించి రికార్డులు తీసుకువెళ్లారు.

The investigation into the sensational Miyapaur land scam case is exposing the alleged role of several Telangana Rashtra Samithi leaders, creating an embarrassing situation to the ruling party and chief minister K Chandrasekar Rao.

A latest exposure by a local daily revealed a nexus between Trinity Infrastructure Limited, which was found to have usurped government lands in a big way, and managing director of Namasthe Telangana daily D Damodar Rao, a close associate of KCR.

Documents revealed that a luxury Mercedes Benz car purchased by Trinity Infra was in the possession of Damodar Rao and the registration papers also had his telephone number.

The owner of Trinity Infra is now arrested and in police custody; but his links with KCR’s close aid was clearly exposed.

And on Saturday, there were reports that senior TRS leader and Rajya Sabha member K Kesava Rao also bought nearly 45 acres of government land from scamsters in the name of his daughter.

Though KK denies that it was a government land, the records show otherwise and the sub-registrar who registered the land in the name of KK’s daughter is also now arrested.

It is learnt several other TRS leaders including family members of KCR were involved in this land scam.

However, the ruling party has been allegedly managing the media to see that the scam is not exposed fully, a media person lamented.
