My understanding is Kapus (certain huge section) have fallen behind, and crave for their golden days back. But its not coming back.

I hope the use of caste to get to power (for kapus), if they ever get to power, will be more fruitful for entire AP, than for their caste alone.

but my hope is silly. obviously kapus will try to dominate if they come to power. That's the sad fact of India.

so, should I work 'on the ground' for PK or not? 

are kapus the underdogs?
